One-on-one virtual counselling grounded in your hopes and your own sense of direction

LIFE IS A PRACTICE

a practice of returning to ourselves

I believe meaningful change becomes possible when you feel truly seen, respected, and safe to be yourself.

An invitation to connect more fully with the way you experience, understand, and relate to life.

How can therapy                   you?

support

Therapy can offer an opportunity to feel more assured in the choices you make, cultivate a compassionate relationship with yourself, and create more fulfilling relationships with others. It can also create space to become more open to joy, freedom, love, and connection.

You are the expert on your inner world. Together, we move at your pace, with care for your story, your needs, and the way you experience life.

What you can expect in therapy

You can expect a warm and welcoming space where your experiences are met with curiosity and compassion.

Together, we gently explore your thoughts, emotions, body sensations, and the meaning they may hold.

Over time, you may become more aware of the relationship between your mind, body, and nervous system. Subtle shifts in perspectives can bring clarity and soften the way you see yourself, allowing self-expression to feel more natural.

What brings you here?

You may be coming to therapy with a specific concern, moving through a significant change, or simply sensing that something in your life needs more attention. There is no single place where therapy needs to begin. Together, we can explore what is happening and what feels most important to you.

Mind, Body and Sense of Self

Emotional overwhelm, anxiety and chronic stress, depression and burnout, high functioning anxiety, perfectionism and overachievement, self-limiting beliefs and fears, self-doubt, and the connection between emotions, life experiences, and self-worth.

Finding Your Way Through Change

Loss, relationship changes, chronic illness or a new diagnosis, infertility and perinatal loss, separation and divorce, co-parenting and blended families, changes in work or home life, new roles and responsibilities, and times when life feels unfamiliar or uncertain.

Trusting What You Know

Relationship and attachment patterns, needs and boundaries, values and priorities, sensitivity and intuition, and creating more balance and presence in a fast-moving world.

Individual Therapy for Adults

Coming home to yourself, wherever you are.

Honouring Your Experience

Life can ask a lot of us. You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally depleted, disconnected from yourself, or uncertain about what comes next. You may simply know that something feels different and want a space to slow down and understand what is happening.

In individual therapy, we can explore what you are experiencing with curiosity and compassion, making space for your emotions, your body, your relationships, and the experiences that have shaped you.

Our Work Together

Together, we may explore anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, self-doubt, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, or the ways you have learned to relate to yourself and the world around you. We can work toward greater self-understanding, trust in your own inner voice, and a stronger sense of how you want to move through life.

My hope is that our work helps you feel more connected to yourself and more confident in the direction you choose.

Individual Therapy for Parents and Caregivers

Coming home to yourself within your family.

Honouring your journey

Whether you are a parent, grandparent, foster or adoptive parent, guardian, stepparent, or another important caregiver, your presence, love, and willingness to grow can have a lasting influence on the children you care for.

Parenting and caregiving can bring us closer to parts of ourselves influenced by our own histories. At times, a child’s needs, emotions, or behaviours can awaken feelings that feel familiar, painful, or difficult to explain.

Our Work Together

In therapy, we can take time with these moments, notice the role your nervous system may be playing, and explore ways of relating that feel calmer and more aligned with your values. Together, we may explore your needs and boundaries, family rhythms, communication, your own well-being, and the ways your history may shape how you respond.

My hope is that our work helps you feel more secure in who you are and more present with your family.

Individual Therapy for Relationships

Coming home to yourself within your relationships.

Honouring Your Connections

Our closest relationships can be a source of love, belonging, and meaning. When connection feels strained or distant, it can be painful and difficult to know what to do next.

In individual therapy, we can look more closely at your relationship history, what you are hoping for, and the ways you relate to those who matter to you. The focus remains on you, your perspective, your choices, and how you wish to relate.

Our Work Together

Together, we may explore relationship patterns, emotional and nervous system responses, communication, boundaries, needs, values, and the ways earlier experiences may influence trust and connection. We can consider new ways of approaching difficult conversations, interrupting patterns that leave you feeling stuck, and creating more emotional safety and intimacy.

Your life matters, your needs matter, and your voice matters.
