How do we get started?
My practice is based in Kamloops, British Columbia, and I work virtually with adults throughout British Columbia.
Sessions are available by secure online video or by phone, allowing you to connect from a space that feels comfortable and private to you.
How do we meet?
I provide individual counselling for adults, with areas of focus that include emotional well-being, life transitions, relationships and family life, and knowing and trusting yourself.
I also have a particular interest in supporting parents and caregivers, as well as individuals experiencing concerns within their intimate or family relationships.
Our work is guided by what brings you to counselling, your hopes for yourself, and your own sense of direction.
What are my offerings?
People come to counselling for many different reasons. You may be moving through anxiety, emotional overwhelm or burnout, adjusting to a change in your life, experiencing difficulty in an important relationship, or simply feeling less connected to yourself than you once did.
You may simply want to understand yourself more deeply, what you need, what matters to you, and how you want to live and relate to others.
Who do I work with?
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in private practice, offering one-on-one counselling for adults who want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and their experiences in life.
My approach is relational and holistic. Our conversations may include your thoughts and emotions, relationships and life experiences, as well as what you notice within your body and nervous system.
I believe our responses often make sense in the context of what we have lived through. Together, we can become curious about those responses, make space for what feels difficult, and discover what may support you now.
