I offer a warm and intentional space where you can slow down and be met just as you are. Together, we move at a pace that feels safe and supportive, creating room for your lived experience, self-understanding, and meaningful change.

MEET LORNA

For over three decades, I have had the privilege of working alongside others through the many stages of life, including the past 12 years in private practice as a Registered Clinical Counsellor. As a relational and holistic therapist, my practice is devoted to adults moving through life’s challenges, transitions, and opportunities for growth.

At the heart of my work is creating and nurturing a compassionate, collaborative therapeutic relationship grounded in openness and respect. Together, we can explore your strengths and the areas of hurt that may be affecting your well-being and your relationship with yourself and others.

I believe healing and transformation unfold as you become more attuned to your inner voice. Over time, this awareness can become a steady compass for your choices, relationships, and everyday life.

YOU MAY                   HERE IF:

find yourself

- You feel overwhelmed, anxious or emotionally depleted.
- You feel disconnected or unsure of what you need.
- You are
adjusting to a significant change or a new stage of life.
- You want your life to feel more aligned with what matters to you.
- You are concerned about recurring difficulties in important relationships.

AREAS of FOCUS

Individual counselling is a time for you to pause, reflect, and give attention to the parts of life that feel tender or unsettled. Together, we can consider what may help you feel more at peace with yourself and in your relationships.

Emotional Well-being

Understanding what may be affecting how you feel and discovering what helps you feel more settled within yourself.

Life Transitions

Moving through loss, change, new stages of life, and times when life may feel unfamiliar or uncertain.

Knowing and Trusting Yourself

Deepening your understanding of yourself and your needs, while becoming more assured in your choices and decisions.

Relationships and Family Life

Becoming more aware of how you experience and relate to others, and what may help create more fulfilling relationships.

BEGIN WHERE       ARE

you

A conversation can be a gentle first step. From there, we can decide together what comes next.
